A computer mouse plays such an important role in your day-to-day computer use, it’s not surprising that many people don’t think about picking out the right one until they are forced to replace their old and worn out mouse.

However, choosing a new mouse doesn’t have to feel difficult or stressful; with the right knowledge, you can easily find the best mouse to suit your needs and help improve the way you work on your computer.

First of all, we should know that what type of computer user are you?

• If you're on your laptop all the time and don't need to use a mouse with your desktop, get yourself an ergonomic mouse.
• If you want to use your computer on the go, opt for an optical mouse.
• If you're on-the-go but also need to use your laptop, get yourself an ergonmic mouse that can work both ways.
• If you're using it for gaming purposes or have limited desk space, get yourself a wireless mouse.

And if you have special needs, such as limited mobility or an injury, there are mouse options that will work better for you. For example, there are wireless mice that allow for movement without the need to pick up and move your arm around.
